Marylebone
Conversion of a B1 Office into C3 Residential Serviced Accomodation. Our team performed at the highest level on this refurbishment. From obtaining planning permission, to the project management of the construction to the interior design. Extensive remedial work was required - 39 sash windows repaired, walls plastered, full rewire, vaults tanked, two bathrooms installed, full kitchen, flooring, painting throughout, decoration and interior styling. Exposed brickwork and raw timber surfaces were used as design features. Ewardian fireplaces were paint stripped and restored. Exterior works included facade cleaned and repaired, extensive re-pointing, window frames painted, roof cleaned and repaired and cast iron drainage installed.

This work produced a wonderful four bedroom unit in a prime West End Location.




















West End - Unit A
Unit A was refurbished with paint, furniture and flooring. As well as a new kitchen and bathroom. This work produced a tasteful one bedroom unit in a central West End location.










West End - Unit B
Unit B was refurbished with paint, furniture and flooring. As well as a new kitchen and updated bathroom. This work produced a comfortable one bedroom unit in a central West End location.










West End - Unit C
Unit C was refurbished with paint, furniture and the original wood flooring was restored. The kitchen was extensively redesigned with raw timber work surfaces and exposed brickwork. The bathroom was completly remodelled with new plumbing, tiling, a walk in shower and slipper bath. This work produced a stylish three bedroom unit in a central West End location.



































Shoreditch
This project involved the complete refurbishment of a 3 bedroom flat into a 4 bedroom serviced accomodation unit. The interior was completly gutted and refurbishment took the form of two new bathrooms, new kitchen, new windows, plastering, skimming and painting of the walls, new flooring throughout, new boiler, new plumbing and full electrical rewire. The fourth bedroom was accomplished by reconfiguring the ground floor layout. This work produced a high yielding 4 bedroom unit in a central Shoredich.




















Berkshire
This freehold property was purchased by the company and was converted into a 4 bedroom serviced accomodation unit that services the West of Reading. Work required included replacing the ground floor joists and floor and remedial damp proofing. Futher work included plastering and paint through out as well as design work to select furniture and fixings to furnish the premises.
